Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep lighted candles out of reach of children and pets. Keep the wick trimmed to 5 or 6 mm and maintain it at the right height. Make sure that the wick remains in the centre. Don't burn a candle on a flammable or fragile surface. Don't let a candle burn for more than three consecutive hours.
